Villa La Bella Casa is one of the most spacious and classic villa in St. Matin, with a capacity of up to 24 people. Its panoramic ocean views, the grand exotic architecture, private patio, and nearby beach access perfectly make for a relaxing seaside getaway for you.

The home combines traditional Indonesian structure with modern French décor. The exterior terraces and covered verandahs on the upper and lower level provide multiple spaces for you to dine and relax. The new terrace furniture is modern, harmonizing beautifully with the sea and spacious turquoise pool set in the upper terrace center.

The open-plan kitchen and dining area create a calm vibe overlooking the blue pool and ocean. What’s more, the fully equipped kitchen has both a breakfast bar and a cozy breakfast banquette.

You can easily enjoy an endless summer at the twelve-bedroom retreat, which is perfect for accommodating your families and friends. Seven bedrooms are in the main house, and each has outdoor seating with garden or ocean views. Five of the bedrooms have king beds, and two have twin beds. Each en-suite bathroom is tiled in Provence tiles with walk-in showers. While on the lower level, there is a large queen suite with its own terrace, kitchenette, lounge, and bathroom. La Bella Casa also has two cottages with two suites in each. One cottage has a pool, a king suite, and a twin suite. The other has two king suites with ocean views.

Lounging beneath vaulted white ceilings with Provence-color trim, playing ping pong on the veranda, and soaking up the sun on a white poolside lounger… what more can you ask for? If this is not the best location for a fabulous getaway from the civic noise and chaos, then we can’t think of any other better choice if you want an oceanview villa right in the thick of the action.

Bedrooms

All 7 master suites at La Bella Casa have ensuite bathroom with shower, A/C, ceiling fan, WiFi, TV, vanity, and WC. 5 of each bedroom comfortably fits a king-size bed while the other 2 bedrooms fits two single beds. All bedrooms can accommodate 2 guests maximum.

The guest cottage has a separate living area, kitchen, and private pool. The 4 guest bedrooms have closet space, A/C, WiFi, TV, and ensuite bathroom with shower. Three of the bedrooms fit a king bed while one fits two single beds. Each bedroom accommodates 2 guests maximum.

The studio apartment features one bedroom with a queen-size bed, A/C, ceiling fan, WiFI, TV, and ensuite bathroom with shower, vanity, and WC. They are accommodating 2 guests maximum.

Convenient Location

The succulent food spot in Baie Nettle is just a few minutes drive away. At the same time, you are 8 minutes to the French capital – Marigot, where various shops, restaurants, morning markets, and galleries gather.

In the opposite direction, you are only a 10-minute drive to the international airport of Princess Juliana (SXM),and also a 7-minute drive to Maho Village, where you will find a multitude of restaurants, duty-free shopping and Casino Royale.  While Grand Case and Philipsburg are only 30-minutes away.

Villa can be rented as a 4-5-6-7-8-9-10-11 or 12-bedroom villa (The self-contained cottage house is only available when the villa is rented from 8 bedrooms & up).
